They delivered my order to a random address in a different county and are chasing me for payment, absolute joke. No matter who you talk to, they say they have GPS and photo of delivery, both showing somebody else's address,

I had to ring them and pay for the call to verify the payment. Then I decided to cancel and spoke to the live chat that said it was not a problem. The next day they said they said it was too late to cancel. Then the next day they sent an email to say it had been dispatched???? Kept emailing to say I want it cancelled but the reply was always I have to wait for it to be delivered and refuse the package. They delivered it to the neighbour so couldn’t refuse it. The package looked as though it had been previously opened and then re packaged with sellotape. Then they said they would pick up the package yesterday from 8am to 6pm and they didn’t. My partner was in ALL day. It’s just ongoing nonsense and a way to keep our money for longer. Terrible customer service. Still have the package and can’t get a refund until Its returned.

Ordered an vacuum in October. Its broken and the switch is faulty. They tried to fraud me out of more money to buy a replacement until the old one was returned. We agreed they would collect it and just refund me. 1 Month later they haven't done anything and just ignore my emails. I wouldn't use them ever again for anything. They have left a family of 4 without a working Vacuum for over a month. No apologies given or reasons as to why this has happened. Just told each time I speak to someone they will sort it out. 10 Days so far I have now waited for a manger to call me.

3 weeks still I haven’t receive my item. Poor customer service. Totally unsatisfied. Even I ask refund they said refund 75 days. paid £256.80. Still waiting. Oder number GB009649838W

After messing up a delivery, Viking sent me more product, then the original arrived. Viking waited 6 months to contact me via a very spammy looking email demanding I pay for the extra product, within a few days they threatened me with a collections agency. I paid the 'debt' and have decided to never work with Viking again. I contacted customer service to ask them to delete my personal info, they assured me this was done and the next day I could log in and still see my personal info. I called again to request they delete my personal info and the customer service person lied again, saying it was deleted and just giving long frustrating silences when asked why they lied the previous time. I logged back into my account to see the personal info they said they deleted twice. I'm taking this to the Data protection commission. This company has blatantly violated my rights under GDPR

Absolutely appalling costumer service. Out of 3 orders of office items, twice I did not receive the entire order. When called the costumer service, the rude girl on the phone told me to reorder and pay again for the items until they investigate the matter with the courier. Why can't Viking deploy a reliable courier, provide a better service to its costumers, send the missing items then investigate the matter. I will cancel my account with them and order on Amazon next time. PS. I am still waiting for the missing items.

11 weeks later and the business still haven't come to collect my returned item and by doing so, have deprived me of my money that I should have had back by now. I ordered a hoover in February in preparation for a house move, which fell through a few days later. I arranged to return the item on 17 February. The following day someone came round to "collect" my item but had no ID, no idea what they were collecting and couldn't provide a receipt for collection. I asked them to come back if they could provide 1 of those things. I spoke to Viking, who confirmed that their courier should be able to provide at least 2 of those. However, since then no one has come back to collect my item. I've been messed around for several weeks as Viking have been in touch weekly to say collection has been arranged, but no one has come to collect. At this point, I've got no hope that they will come to collect and I just want my money back. I've even offered to arrange my own return as long as they're willing to cover the cost. There also doesn't seem to be a complaints process so now I'm kinda stuck in this banal cycle. Overall, a real poor show from a company I've had previous good experiences with. Very disappointed.

More of the same in my review, I wish I had checked before ordering from them. I bought a household fan - it cost £75 and pieces fell off it straight out of the box. As an electric fan this could be dangerous. And since my order I have been inundated with annoying marketing.

Quick to deliver my item (item was not as described) but delaying for over two weeks to collect it for a refund. It’s been escalated multiple times?! Stay clear of these crooks!

Useless company, customer services appalling. They state that goods will be delivered within 48 hours. Almost two weeks later multiple contacts with customer services. Still no goods, still no refund. Half the order missing. They make me reorder, then they cancel the order. Complete joke of company. I can’t understand why this is so difficult. If something arrives damaged why do you have to pay for the replacement. Which doesn’t arrive. You pay twice hundreds of pounds. No good, multiple contacts, multiple people. Total chaotic company. Not worth using this company. Can’t be compared to Amazon, who offer trouble free returns and replacements.

Ordered ink cartridges, paid for them expecting them the next day, when they didn't arrive I phoned and was told my account was closed and no order had been received but yet the money was taken and I received a confirmation email, I now have to wait 7 days for the money to go back in, shocking customer service run by staff who have no clue what is happening, I will never shop there again.

I received my order but the paper was damp poorly packaged. took photos too .arrange the live chat and have to send it back. I have to pack it all up .

Do not shop with Viking. Ordered, paid for and received an office chair from viking last Sept. They refunded me in January, which I presume was a mistake by them...and then proceeded to send me threatening emails from their legal dept within days to pay the money which I owed. (Even though I had paid them AGAIN, in order to sort out their mistake).

I placed an order on 3 Jan which I cancelled a few hours later as the product I ordered was not compatible with Irish phone connection. I received a confirmation of cancellation then they despatched the order which was refused when delivered as per instruction from Viking. I have emailed and phoned on several occasions looking for my refund but to date haven't received. I would never order from this company again and they won't answer my emails now. Would not recommend. Nora

Sold me printer when it was not in stock, no delivery arrived and when contacted viking direct I was told that item will not be in stock for another 3 -4 days than it will take upto 48-72 to deliver, I hope I get refund which they said will be done in next 3 days, I would not recomend Viking Direct to anyone
