I ordered disposable vapes, then got a call that they didn’t have enough stock so they refunded what they couldn’t supply. Ordered on 19th November it’s now 27th November and still haven’t received anything.

Hi Aaron, we're sorry to hear you haven't yet received your order, the Royal Mail 48 Standard service can sometimes take up to 10 working days to be delivered, especially at this time of year when they are busy with Christmas post. If your order isn't delivered by Wednesday 29/11/2023 we will issue a full refund.

I ordered my vape 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered!

Hi James, thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We've just checked the tracking on this order and can see it was delivered on Saturday 13/05/2023, which was 11 days after we dispatched it. it seems the street name was not entered into the shipping address which can lead to a delay with Royal Mail, especially in May (as there have been several bank holidays).
Not impressed with it ,find have to suck very hard to get vape and sometimes nothing happens. Find disposable elf bar better

Hi, International orders can take longer than orders within the UK - the tracking number is available on your order confirmation, however I can see from the tracking info that this has now been handed to anpost. i got two blueberry elf bars, one was really nice but the other one had no flavour and tasted stale, not impressed. maybe it’s fake?

Hi, Sorry to hear you had a problem with an elf bar. Firstly, we do not sell fake products, this can be checked by scanning the QR code on the side of the box. If you contacted us and let us know the problem we can either refund you or send a replacement.

On both occasions your packaging was damaged by royal mail, we gave you a full refund.
Bought gem coils only last 2 hours complete waste of money beware

Hi Sarah, sorry to hear you’ve found these coils burnt out too quickly, firstly I can assure you that we buy our Innokin stock from an authorised distributor, but from time to time (as with all coils) some batches contain duds. We can offer you a replacement pack or a refund, you can either reply to this message or email sales@vikingecigs.co.uk with your preference.
Still waiting for the order a week later and I have had to pay for the extra money and next day delivery of £7 and I am still waiting for both.
