Royal Mail still has not delivered. Attempted once, said would come the following day. I worked from home but no show or update via email. I called today and auto scheduled for this Friday. Hopefully they deliver.

The delivery was quick and easy. But, you get what you pay for. I bought 5 mini Eluxs for £20, and tbh I’m quite disappointed. One ran out in 3 days, having barley been used, another in only 2 and one also burnt as soon as it came out of the packet. I don’t blame the website, but I’d be wary about ordering these. I have ordered elf bars from here before tho, and they were fine 😂 :)

Liquids are good but the recent bottles over last few months are absolutely terrible. Stiff and poor qiuality, a lot of waste liquid as a result. Previous versions were much better. Will think about changing, after many years of being a customer.

The service was good but the flavours I got didn’t taste anything like what I wanted and they had ice in them and the description didn’t say that they did so I was disappointed

Unfortunately i didnt get to try the products ordered because after 4/5 days of waiting for the items to be delivered, being a new non smoker who urgently needed the replacements i ended up ordering elsewhere who delivered the day after placing my order, however Viking were somewhat helpful by providing my refund on request and to date i still have not recieved the order placed with them and was never provided with a tracking reference number to enable me to chase the order with Royal Mail myself. Given 3 stars for the gentleman I spoke to over the phone who was professional and understanding and polite, although i do hope they include delivery times more specifically on their website as i was counting on the 48T service to be two days maximum for delivery, instead I was told upto 5 days over the phone which is not what is reflected on their site and considering the items still have not arrived a week after placing an order with them.

Hi Rui, your order was delivered today (27/01/2021) at 10:32 a.m.
Ordered twice, 1st sent 10 instead of 20.2nd sent in an envelope that broke in post with only 11 instead of 20.both orders were rectified. Better packaging needed
