“I had to replace my previous washing line which was a Vileda as one small part had broken yet despite promises from the manufacturer the part did not arrive ,however I just ordered the same again”

“Hi the rotary line is exerlent,this is the second one we have had . The delivery was along time but we new that when we ordered it. My only complaint is the way l was treated when l rang your office on the delivery day for an update on delivery time as we had to be out in the afternoon. She could not give time but told me to leave a note for delivery driver to leave it in a safe place, not exceptcal in this day. As said before the rotary line exerlent . MORE Than can be said for your customer service staff, I will never buy from you again. Peter Prout”

“Was able to order product on line even thought it was out of stock. Date was given when it would be back in stock. Was contacted twice to apologise for delay and asked if I was happy to wait. Giving me updates on when item would be back in stock. You were happy to split order and send what was in stock whilst I waited for out of stock item. Dates and information given was simple and easy to understand and timelines given for delivery were met with minimum of disruption to myself.”

“I've had my Vileda mop for around 3 years, we've just purchased a few more fluffy mop heads for it. it's used regularly and still as good as ever. I love the way I can take the head cover off and wash it easily. We also bought one for our holiday Cottage about 2 years ago and that one is also going strong. Thank you for the invention, we love it.”

“I have only tried it once but it seems to be good quality, much lighter than my previous vax one and hopefully it will last longer as the vax one lasted less than 9 months. It was easy to put together and simple to operate and the lead is nice and long. I am going to use distilled water though just to make sure. I purchased this one because of the good feedback it has received.”

“Its the first clothes line I've had that goes round! Although it was difficult to assemble and had to get my husband to initially open it, I was able to hang the clothes out and then wind it up. We have trouble getting a cover over it due to its height. Otherwise for a 5ft 2ins person the clothes line is fantastic.”
