“Was ordered on 14/01/19 and paid for next day delivery. As I am disabled this was the ideal method for me . Emailed carrier on 17/01/19 to say it had not arrived . They replied that it was delivered on 15/01/19 and left with neighbour at no20 . Just a lie , I live at no20 . It finally arrived on 18/01/19 . Pay for next day receive it in 4 days . Not acceptable .. If there was a genuine problem they had my e-mail addressand should keep people informed .”

“So much for next day delivery. Arrived 4 days later. I had to buy another bucket as the pedal broke on the last one. Mop is good but beware”

“Thoughtful well designed product, good delivery but not next working day but two, still very , very pleased, Thankyou Vileda for my refill pads for my wonderful spray mop , it saves me so much time and hard work especially as I am a pensioner. Can’t reccommend this enough GREAT !”

“Some of the large center bars were slightly bent from delivery, but having used the rack for a while I now know why, they are made from hollow aluminium so are a bit fragile. Pleased overall and the rack is well engineered”
