“I was very reassured with how VIP Holiday Booker handled our booking and they gave me confidence that I would be looked after. I was able to establish contact with three different people (via email and/or WhatsApp) and had the confidence that I had help available if needed. The accommodation is not easily found on Google Maps and the written directions I received were very helpful. The host was very helpful and assisted us in collecting two of our party and bringing them to the villa (while the others arrived late).”

“We booked this villa for a one week stay in Split, Croatia. Smiljana Barbarić our local concierge was absolutely amazing! She made arrival to departure very smooth and easy. She provided a list of amazing restaurants to dine at and made the reservations. All of them were beyond delicious! Our local villa manager Maria was a life saver! She arranged all of our transfers to local areas/activies. Plus stocked our villas with groceries! She even took care of any villa issues ie. AC promptly! Both of these ladies were the best! Thank you for making our vacay memorable!”

“We booked a one week vacation in Split, Croatia in two villas for our group of 19. Our concierge specialist Smiljana Barbarić was absolutely amazing. She booked our airport transfers and recommended the top restaurants which were beyond delicious! The villas local manager Maria was life saver! She coordinated all of our transfers to get around Split and stocked our villas with groceries. Overall, we loved Split, Croatia...gorgeous country, friendly natives, and delicious food! “The villa was excellent and better than the description as it was very fully equipped with equipment, appliances, kitchen tools, beach toys, games. Also we had a very helpful maid service from Sonja who came in very day to carry out housekeeping tasks. Ines and the team were always on top of our requests for advice and supplies. It is a welcome contrast to villas where you have to start off buying salt and pepper. Maintenance is top notch.”
