“The villa was very high quality, and did not disappoint, with welcome treats on arrival and a tour from Ana, are local manager, who was very helpful and kind. The local area was very picturesque, but owing to the tome of year ( late September) many restaurants and cafes had closed for the season. The view from the patio was superb, with the sunsets adding to the beauty of the location, and access to the sea just below the villa was an added bonus.”

“Das Haus war sehr schön und alles war sauber. Zu empfehlen wäre auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen, da es sehr abgelegen liegt.”

“A wonderful, well-designed house that has been beautifully renovated—stylish and practical. The pool area and terrace offer plenty of space. The only thing to keep in mind is that the terrain is very hilly; older guests using mobility aids might find it challenging. However, we were very pleased.”

“VIP Holiday Booker is a really great website for booking holidays. It’s very easy to use, and the customer support is excellent which, unfortunately, is not something you come across very often! I will definitely come back next year and use VIP Holiday Booker again when planning my holiday. The whole booking process was smooth and convenient, and the support we received made the experience even better. A special thank you to Zeljka and Ana, who helped me and my friends with our booking and were always very helpful throughout the process. :) Highly recommended!”

“Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We booked Villa Maxime in Okrug Gornji through Homes & Villas by Marriott, with VIP Holiday Booker serving as the local booking/property-management partner, and our experience with VIP Holiday Booker was excellent. From the beginning, communication was prompt, professional, and remarkably transparent. Prior to our arrival, our concierge, Darijo, proactively contacted us about both nearby construction and subsequently scheduled municipal road work that could potentially affect access to the villa. Rather than minimize the situation, he explained it clearly, called me personally to discuss our concerns, and even identified several alternative villas for our group in case we preferred to relocate. Ultimately, we chose to remain at Villa Maxime, but I was very impressed by the way VIP Holiday Booker handled the situation. Their priority genuinely seemed to be making sure that we understood the circumstances and were comfortable with our decision; not simply protecting the reservation. That same level of service continued throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, professional, courteous, and friendly, and they were always available when we had questions or needed assistance. Traveling internationally with a group of seven involves plenty of logistics, and having a local team that communicates well and can be relied upon makes an enormous difference. VIP Holiday Booker gave us considerable confidence both before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to book through them again on a future trip to Croatia and highly recommend them to others looking for professionally managed villa accommodations.”
