From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely informative, providing all the information we needed before and during our stay. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and help with any requests. We also used their airport transfer service both to and from the airport, and it was flawless. The drivers were punctual, friendly, and professional, making our journey completely stress-free. A special mention has to go to our personal concierge, Carmen, who was absolutely amazing throughout our trip. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, offering helpful recommendations, arranging anything we needed, and always being available to assist. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday experience. The villa itself was exactly as described, and the entire booking process was seamless from start to finish. We felt well looked after every step of the way and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable villa holiday experience.”

“We had an excellent experience at the Deep Blue apartment. Mia was a wonderful, attentive hostess and helped us in many ways. She was there to welcome us, arranged for short and long-distance Ubers, came by to check if we needed anything, made hotel reservations for a couple of us who stayed an extra day, and provided great insider advice on restaurants, shops, etc. and was always available by phone. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and located in a scenic part of town, overlooking the entire bay. Climbing up the hill to reach the apartment from the harbor area (the heart of town) was rather strenuous, but Ubers are cheap and ubiquitous. All around, an amazing stay!”

“Der Gastgeber ist auf äußerste zu loben!! Hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend, flexibel und lösungsorientiert im Zusammenhang mit unserem Bike-Sonderwunsch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt, sauber und auf neustem Stand. Sehr nah von der Fußgängerzone/Stadtmitte gelegen. Zu empfehlen!”
