“There were an incredible amount of tiny ants in the villa, all over the kitchen counter, the food could not be laid out in any way. It was unpleasant”

While we have three houses in a row, this is the only complaint we've received about ants all summer. Our housekeeping staff also advises guests not to leave open food on the counters, especially during the summer months, to help prevent such situations. Despite this issue, I hope you were able to enjoy your vacation overall. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services. “Room is Nice but in à bassement without daylight. Only very little windows where we have the street noise (little) but no real outisde Light. Should have been specified in the publicité or booking and in this case I would not have chosen this one.”

“Hallo, Die Buchung über dieses Portal war ok. Anfangs dachten wir es sei ein Scam wegen der etwas wenig professionellen Internetseite, allerdings gs hatte bei der Buchung trotzdem alles ganz gut funktioniert. Was auf jeden Fall zu beachten ist, ist dass die Bilder auf der Website in wirklich sehr günstigen Winkeln geschossen wurden, sodass es bei der Ankunft eine kleine Ernüchterung gab. Die Küche war in der Beschreibung als „super ausgestattet“ betitelt, diese allerdings hatte wirklich auf 8 Leute abgezähltes Besteck, Teller usw.. was zur Folge hatte das sobald alle etwas getrunken oder gegessen haben, man auf die Spülmaschine warten musste, bis man frisches Sachen hatte um etwas zu essen oder trinken. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, würde es aber für dieses Geld nicht noch einmal machen. Lg”

“Wir haben uns vor 2 Jahren für VIP Holiday Booker entschieden, da es auf der Website hieß, dass man wegen Covid 19 kostenlos stornieren kann. Das war leider nicht möglich. Wir haben nur einen Gutschein bekommen und unseren Urlaub um ein Jahr verschoben. Die gleiche Villa kostete aber dann über 400€ mehr. Diese Kröte haben wir geschluckt, da uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen hat. 3 Wochen vor unserem geplanten Urlaub kam die Nachricht, dass die Villa leider an jemand anderen vergeben wurden und wir nicht zu dem Zeitpunkt dort Urlaub machen können. Wir waren geschockt. Von Holiday Booker kam der Vorschlag, ob wir nicht eine andere Woche haben möchten. Was so kurzfristig bei 6 Erwachsenen natürlich nicht geht. Nach vielem hin und her und Nachfragen wurde uns dann eine Villa 4h weiter südlich mit 20% Ermäßigung angeboten. Diese haben wir dann genommen. Die Villa an sich war sehr schön, sauber, traumhaft gelegen. Die Organisation war leider Katastrophe. Obwohl wir genau zu der angekündigten Uhrzeit da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Am ersten Abend kam unangekündigt ein Makler auf die Terrasse und wollte Fotos von dem Objekt machen, obwohl wir schon am Pool lagen und überall unsere Sachen hatten. Das Wasser war leider noch abgedreht, so dass der Hausmeister anrücken musste. Am ersten Abend haben wir festgestellt, dass die Spülmaschine nicht geht. Also kam wieder der Hausmeister, der nicht mal Werkzeug dabei hatte und auch nichts reparieren konnte. Am zweiten Tag kam ein anderer Handwerker, der stundenlang an der Maschine rumschraubte und sie schlussendlich ausbaute. Es wurde uns angekündigt, dass irgendwann in der nächsten Woche der Servicetechniker kommt, bis dahin waren wir aber schon wieder weg. Das Haus an sich war wunderschön und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Die Organisation von VIP Holiday Booker war eine Katastrophe und wir werden dort definitiv nichts mehr buchen.”

“Concierge service was good but very poor availability for babysitters. Not so flexible regarding change over day. Not so handy to have a cash deposit as it leaves holiday makers with lots of unneeded currency when they leave.”
