“Professionelle Buchungsadministration, schnell, korrekt und in vielen Sprachen, zumindest immer deutsch und englisch. Chatroom finktioniert gut und hat immer den gleichen Chatpartner !!”

“I am only giving 4* because of the problems we had on receiving hire cars on the 3rd Aug. You did not make it clear I needed to produce vouchers for both cars therefore unaware I had pay 1300 euros per car as security. You sent villa voucher which was no problem and very clear instructions were given not with cars. I have had trouble using you 'holiday package' all through organising payments meaning you had to send links separately. Otherwise you were helpful.”

“Villa Milka is a lovely big villa with wonderful views across the bay. There are a number of restaurants close by and the shops are a short walk along the beach. We all enjoyed our stay there.”

“Villa Novita was a wonderful house with wonderful views of the water and beautiful sunsets, and nice to have the choice of swimming in the pool or the warm sea. Ana was a great host and very helpful. The house is really lovely but is more suitable to be used as a base as the kitchen isn't so good for self catering for 8 people as it's not so well equipped. Novigrad is a 20-30 minute walk up and down hill which is not an easy stroll in the heat. There isn't much in Novigrad as for food shopping, and not to many places to eat but we did try the Queen for pizza which was good. Our party all had a wonderfull holiday.”

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön, sie war groß und sehr modern. Die Eigentümerin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison dort, wodurch kaum Geschäfte oder Freizeitattraktionen geöffnet hatten. Sonst war alles perfekt!”

“VIP Holiday Booker made it easy for us when we had any questions to use the message portal. They also were able to recommend a number of activities and tours based on our stay. However we did find it easier to find our own, due to a restricted variety. Zelkja was super friendly and was a fantastic organiser for us.”
