“Great communication during booking process and prior to check in. However we were disappointed with the checkin process. We were told that we would be met at the property in person and be provided with instructions of how everything worked but no instructions were provided how or when this would happen. In reality we arrived at the property albeit early and had no idea what do next. When we contacted the number provided, which was to be fair answered promptly, we were told the property was unlocked. Our next and only face to face meeting was 3 days later when a representative arrived at the villa to collect the visitor tax. The representative of VIP Holiday Booker was available via a mobile number and we did have occasion once to contact them during our stay when some of the lighting in the villa failed. They responded promptly to our message and provided advice as to how to remedy the situation.”

“buchung war unkompliziert und schnell. vor ort liess der service leider zu wünschen übrig. bei ankunft keine pooltücher, bis ende unseres aufenthalts, kam niemand vorbei, obwohl der pool an den wänden grün wurde und wir mehrmals nachgefragt haben, wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet.”

“Das Appartement schön eingerichtet und hat einen phantastischen Ausblick. Schade war es, dass vor Ort niemand ein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen hat, so konnten wir nichts fragen. Bei über 1 Woche Aufenthalt sollten zudem die Handtücher mal gewechselt werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“VIP Holiday Booker was very helpful although a bit slow to respond on queries before the stay. Their prices were generally higher for the same tour or service that you can get elsewhere. In General there does not seem to be much regulation on price control in Croatia in general. I booked everything through this company including car rental which has not gone smoothly. The car was booked with full insurance and zero excess. We unfortunately had an accident at the villa where the car hit the gate. Firstly the owner charged me 200 euros to just get a strip of paint claiming that the whole gate needs to be painted, I wonder if this was done and if someone (Tour Company) can show me the evidence of full gate painting! Then came the bigger disaster that I have been charged multiple sums to my credit card since we left, by the car rental company (Uni Rental) despite having "Full Insurance" without any excess. The irony is that the only two people reluctantly contactable are the agent at the return location and VIP Tours Office. Despite numerous assurances, no one has contacted me by email or phone to explain the reason. Very bad service and a rip off on part of the companies!!!”

“For the price I thought the apartment was quite nice. I would be willing to pay more to have some of the basic necessities included for convenience purposes such as dedicated hair dryer and a working clothes iron and ironing board as well as body wash for the shower and soft towels. Otherwise the apartment was clean and nicely decorated.”
