“Eigentümer sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und durchgehend telefonisch oder per Whatsapp erreichbar. Begrüßung, Aufenthalt & Abreise wurde mit großer Gastfreundlichkeit und einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit der Besitzerin abgerundet. Sehr gepflegt, Hausaufteilung gut geplant, perfekt für große Gruppen, da auch bei lauterer Musik keine Beschwerden auftreten. Einziger Tipp wie das Haus zu 11/10 wird: Whirlpool auf der Terasse”

“Villa Ines is a very lovely, comfortable house. If you are looking for 1 min access to beach and a clean pool with ample outdoor space, beds, umbrellas, grill etc. Parking and access to the house is via a dedicated security gate. This house won’t disappoint. If you are on a workout regimen you will find state of the art exercise equipment on the third floor which also boasts a large infra red sauna and kitchenette. There are five very well appointed bedrooms several ocean facing balconies, storage room, washer dryer, dining and living rooms It’s a lot of house with a great modern vibe. It’s brand new. You are a 10min drive to the airport and large Kaufland Supermarket which you can hit before heading to the house since it’s located between airport and Resnik. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. It was perfect. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We were greeted with local treats upon arrival and twice during our stay. If you are looking for laid back neighborhood, quiet with minimal noise other than the occasional aircraft overhead this is the place. I would definitely choose to return to Villa Ines if my travels took me back To Croatia”

“Alles war super!!! Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jedoch in 8-10 Minuten erreichbar. Auto jedenfalls erforderlich. Ansonsten ist die Villa mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, toller Pool, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Garage etc. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-Out mit Andrej verliefen perfekt. Alles in allem perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage genossen!”

“Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren drei Familien mit insgesamt acht Personen, und die Größe der Villa war absolut ausreichend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Outdoor-Küche und dem Essbereich im Freien - einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war äußerst sauber, und alle Räume waren klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch der Pool war in einem einwandfreien Zustand und wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Bei Fragen stand uns die Agentur jederzeit zur Verfügung und reagiert sehr schnell. Die Parkplätze vor Ort waren ein großer Pluspunkt, und der Strand ist tatsächlich nur wenige Schritte von der Villa entfernt. Die Umgebung ist zudem sehr ruhig und entspannend. Wir würden die Villa jedem gast uneingeschränkt empfehlen!”
