Hi there , Thanks for the feed back, I am glad you enjoy our British Gold e-liquid! Due to new regulations which came into effect in May, there are certain restrictions on items we can sell. Unfortunately this does mean we can no longer sell 30ml bottles. Kind regards, VIP

“Firstly I waited weeks for my purchase which had to be reset, I was Upgrading my AM10 which I had for over a year,I had new AM10 for a few months then it broke, to then be told It couldn't be replaced as it's life span is a few months, this is not stated in any details before you buy.”

“I order 1.6mg American tobacco cartomisers on a regular basis. I have found that there are a few cartomisers that seem to have nothing in them when they are supposed to be new. Usually it 1 bad one to every 20 cartomisers. All in all I am happy though”

“I've been buying VIP cigarette-like batteries and cartridges for over six years now. Freed from the pong and mess of the real thing I favour the US flavour cartridges which are closest for me to the real thing. They keep me sane but are inoffensive to others and even my doctor prefers me to use them. The delivery service with DPD gives me timed delivery slots and arrive quickly. I have tried other brands and VIP are the best by a long way.”
