“I only buy the liquid now as many of the batteries and cartomisers have broke or leaked. Returning them then becomes a problem as you never want to refund ever, which is very bad customer service. You are now charging p&p over £20 so I will probably get my liquid elsewhere too eventually. Would not recommend you unfortunately.”

“I would have given a 5 star but when ordered I was told the order was in stock then got an email to say part of order was out of stock so had to order alternative. This delayed order a few days which was annoying.”

“I had a VIP purchased for me from Eliserberth Simmons of Hertfordshire, to encourage me to pack up smoking, however the charger was faulty so I purchased another due to the product being the first I have been able to use. Good product, other than the battery issue. Dean”

“Find liquid great but problem with vaping is when you need to change coil - absolute nightmare. Used to find I could do it at first or second attempt now it can take 20-30 attempts. More difficult for some reason & some coils are faulty. At present I am using an e-cig I bought from elsewhere which is easy to change coil (can do on first attempt). Simply buying liquid from yourselves as other seller does not sell one which is nicotine flavoured - they only do ones which are fruit flavoured for example which I couldn't personally use as I feel need for nicotine most after having a cup of tea or eating.”

“Out of all the various vape products I have tried the VIP products I have found to be the best. Ordering is easy and delivery quick and always on time. One criticism I have is its sometimes frustrating to find the my favourites are sometimes out of stock.”
