“I have been buying VIP cartomisers double menthol for seven and a half years. In the last 6 months (give or take a few months) the batteries and the cartomiser DO NOT LAST AS LONG and I've actually cut down on the amount off puffs considerably. You have taken over from the previous suppliers. Their service was second to none for delivery and now it is awful. Waited 3 days this week its shocking. Not a happy customer now.”

“Nice flavours (blueberry, cherry, strawberry and fruits of the forest. Not too strong in flavour. Offer of 3 packs for £5 - great.”

“The tabaco flavours are awesome. Customer service & distribution are all great. Con: The refils dry out too fast, good hit on first few pulls, once you put e-cig away for a short period (up to an hour at times) Puff on it again, the hit & flavour is gone. VIP, you definitely need to work on the longevity of your refils.”

“Products are always in stock and delivery is always prompt. There are often good offers to take advantage of not to mention the 3 for £10 constant deal on VIP liquids. Free delivery over £19 is always an easy choice to take advantage of too.”
