“Have made a few orders but had issue with one of them. Spoke on chat to Nathan who was really helpful and sorted everything out for me and got them re-delivered by courier.”

“The VIP Photon range is excellent value for money...in fact about 1/8 of what I was previously spending on tobacco smoking. I was amazed at how easily I quit regular smoking ( 6 years ago ) after 30 years...within days of starting VIP e-cigs. I'm also impressed that the one time I received a dodgy Photon battery...I received a replacement in the post the following day after calling Customer Support. Overall I'm a happy customer.”

“I ordered Two VIP Mini E-Cigarette Base Kit and one works good the other one started to not work very good, it would run out of charge as the light would not extinguished plus all the writing on it came off and it leaks. I have emailed many time but nothing has been done.. very unhappy customer”
