“Been a customer for 5 years now,often buying from VIP outlet in my town,always satisfied with service I have had,am a great lover of coffee cartomisers however I was hoping to get 20mg when the laws changed but can only get that in tobacco,the 16mg ones just aren't strong enough,that's my only gripe.”

“I've still haven't received my order i did on the 15th December. 1 to 2 days it should take and I had never had problems before. I know it's Christmas week and the royal mail are busier then usual. Hopefully they it turns up before Christmas.”

“Orders always arrive quickly. My only gripe is that another of the cartridges have not worked. I have reported this before and was told that there is a quality control., this was the response to my asking for a refund or replacement! However this is the third one that has not worked and would therefore question that 'quality control' is not working.”
