Customer service is absolutely fantastic! Had a little hiccup with delivery but Nicola responded to my email and the matter was sorted out straight away! Highly recommend VIP.

Great service, never have any issues and orders always processes quickly and good multi buy offers. I only like one particular flavour and it’s always in stock. Recently, DPD messed up an order, great service from Nicola at customer service who promptly resolved the problem, sending replacements the next day.

I spoke to Otis today on the 13/3/20 as I bought a new Vaper and i was not sure how it worked! So over the phone, Otis helped me get my vaper to work and he made my day! He was brilliant and he did not lose his cool with me at all!! And I found out that he has been in working at this company just one week! Well done Otis!

We made an order on 25th January for next day delivery [Order #VIP156563] for Β£90. By Wed 29th it hadn't arrived and was, we were advised by email, still awaiting dispatch. They were having issues at their warehouse. I was going away so I called and spoke to their operator. The order was cancelled on the phone and they confirmed they'd provide a refund, in full. By the 8th Feb, no such refund has arrived so I wrote, on the same email ticket that was originally responded to, asking where the money was. No response. I emailed again on the 12th Feb. No response. It's now 1st March. No refund, no response.

Although I can purchase the cartomisers I am unable to buy individual batteries anymore. The only offer VIP offer is to buy a full kit to get a battery?! Why? Very disapointed.

Had not received a rather large order, as delivery company had mislaid it. Contacted VIP, and received an email from Janet, who stated she had already started an investigation and had resent my order, with an extra few products for inconvenience. Am waiting for this order now to be delivered.

I received my order yesterday and unfortunately it was incomplete. I left a message via e-mail last night and Janet got in touch with me first thing this morning to let me know that she had got my mail, looked at my order and has already sent the additional items to me!
