“Excellent service my item arrived very promptly. This is the only vape oil I use, my only criticism would be the size of the bottles I preferred the larger size.”

“Ive been using V.I.P. since I gave up smoking a few years ago. Always first class service and any problems are always dealt with efficiently. Great choice of e-liquids and some great flavours.”

“appalling i ordered 2 cartomiser packs on the 3 for the price of 2 offer only to be told i should have ordered 3 then i would have got the third for free tried to ring no reply emailed only to be told too late sucker”

“I ordered a fairly large order to mainland Spain. The order came within 4 days, ordered Friday delivered Monday. For that the service from VIP was brilliant! Only issue, I ordered two orange tipped batteries, the free gift from VIP was two blue tipped batteries! Obviously not the colour I would have wanted or use!”

“Fast delivery. Brought for a friend so i can not comment on quality of product but she seams to like it. Few too many follow up emails after purchase, but that seems the way with everything these days.”

“I really like the British Gold blend, I have been buying it since I first tried it and it tastes very similar to the cigarettes I used to regularly smoke. It has a great mouth feel, close to smoking. I use a vaping pen. There are no VIP shops near where I live and I order online, the deliveries are really quite fast and free over a relatively low minimum spend. They are always exactly what I ordered and in great condition. I am very happy with British Gold and it has become my brand.”

“Blackice blast- excellent and not too much menthol. Blueberry burst- great flavour not too sweet. Mix with a little triple menthol and it's perfect!”
