“I have tried to email to get in touch with someone for a refund as the product was not what I expected. I have not received a response. The Customer service is pretty poor.”

“Have vaped your product for nearly two years after giving up on real cigarettes the best thing I ever did. Customer support is excellent I just phone up and the liquids usually arrive next day. On my last order I received the photon kit as a gift really impressed so thank you VIPsue”

“Their the only one's that stopped me smoking and that was 5 year's ago. Give them a go. They do work and you have a great choice to find the one the suit's you. Very helpful when you ask them anything and if they don't have what you want they will try and get it for you. So thank you VIP.”

“very easy to use site, quick despatch ...usually same day....excellent product. I have tried all sorts of e-liquids, but prefer the flavour of VIP, and they seem to last longer. Originally bought from local stall in shopping centre, but now buy on line. Haven't used tobacco for 4 years or more. Pounds saved = holiday. Happy bunny.”

“Delivery speed and efficiency is 100%. However my only problem is that I placed an incorrect order once (ordered 0mg instead of 12mg) and emailed customer service to resolve, I'm still awaiting a reply and this was 3 weeks ago. I'd of gave 5 🌟 otherwise.”
