“I have always used a certain brand of liquid, unfortunately the company changed the taste, I began using VIP liquid from our local supplier and the taste is exactly what I had before, please don’t change your ‘British Gold’.”

“Have no problems with the liquids or service. Recently bought a “just fog” and whilst it works well it doesn’t have a good battery life. I tried to buy a spare batters but they are not sold separately so had to buy a whole new unit. Not happy!!”

“I like the convenience of placing my order and having it delivered a few days later. The offers which are extended from time to time make a difference to the price and I sometimes buy a few months supply at a time. I also like to build up my loyalty points and use them to reduce the cost. Overall I am happy with the service VIP provides.”

“I only ordered 4 boxes and the first box I opened had a cartomizer that did not fit the battery. I thought it was because I had not ordered for a while so set out to get a new battery. I ended up spending an extra £23 because of the faulty cartomizer. I will not be ordering again.”

“Have been using VIP products for many years and would not go anywhere else. They offer a really good range of products and I love the transparency regarding what goes into the eliquids, which I believe is extremely important. Frequent 'offers' and recently reduced postage rates is a bonus, as is good customer service and delivery. Have recommended VIP to numerous people over the years.”
