About Virgin Experience Days:

Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.

Should be half the price atleast for what you receive. No clear instructions online about having to active the voucher to print a form to fill and pay for another delivery to send it elsewhere. It took 3weeks exactly to receive my item after voucher activation. Poor customer service while I enquired after two weeks of waiting.

With our vouchers, they do need to be activated for the booking details to be received however we do advise on the physical voucher itself to activate your voucher to view these. We do aim to make our vouchers as transparent as possible and we can only sincerely apologise if this had been missed. Having looked into your voucher, we can see you had been in contact with our Customer Services team and they had been looking into this further for you to see when your item would be received. We are happy to hear you have now received your item.

Fantastic service. Very easy to purchase and explains how to redeem vouchers with ease. They have some fantastic offers that can ssve you a lot of money and the customer service is happy to answer any questions you may have.

do not expect any back up from virgin if an experience is poor. drove 61 miles to an experience , company did not show up ,although 25 other people expecting same experience did.virgin unwilling to either offer travel expenses or put pressure on the company they advertise and take our money for.

We can only sincerely apologise that the suppliers did not show up on the date of your experience and we can see that you have spoken with one of our advisors. We would recommend getting in contact with the suppliers and advising that you would like to make a re-booking on a date that would be suitable for yourself and the suppliers.

I gifted this to a relative. It was fantastic and he loved the experience BUT why did the massage last only 45 minutes instead of the expected 90 minutes? I am disappointed on that and don't understand what happened. The voucher and reviews mentioned 90 minutes for the massage itself.

The day we went the shard was in fog.so im going back free in a 3 months window.did go to the top and had champagne.it looks fantastic and can't wait to go back.was very impressed with the security.

I purchased a Harry Potter studio tour and lunch at Mercure hotel as a 60th birthday present. I also paid to extend the life of the voucher Over the years I have purchased a number of Red Letter Day vouchers and have enjoyed all of the experiences. However, the service received at the Mercure hotel yesterday was absolutely appalling. We arrived for lunch at 2pm as arranged and were shown to our table. The first course did not reach us until 2.50. One of the starters was salt and pepper ribs. Not only had it taken 50 minutes to arrive but it was also served cold! Despite having complained about the service by 3.20pm we still had not received our main course and so decided to leave. The service we received was also experienced by two other couples who were already seated when we arrived. One couple had not been served anything and the other who had just ordered a mains received their food as we were leaving.

We booked the view from the Shard & a 3 course meal at Marco Pierre’s Steak House. We had an amazing time and the service was amazing!

Virgin Experience Days are amazing !! Have been on castle tours, bottomless brunches, afternoon teas, boat trips, gin tastings, and all have been fantastic .....booking is super easy & have been able to share with family and friend some extra special days out .

Did 2 experience days through Virgin Experience days . Lovely site and so many venues. Everything is easy to find and payment side is not complicated either. I will be definitely booking more days out. Also great for Birthday or Christmas presents Eve

A wonderful relaxing day, was looked after from the moment we arrived, a lovely relaxing massage, use of the spa facilities and a two course lunch.

I bought this for my husband and he did really enjoy driving around and we had a fun day out, but there are a few things to note. Firstly, if you’re driving numerous cars then you’re likely to be waiting around a lot, secondly, if you book through virgin and then car heroes it is likely you’ll have to pay an extra £50-100 and finally the photo that is apparently ‘included’ is just sent to you via email rather than printed for you, and so ultimately you still have to pay for your print; bit of a con on virgins behalf and a shame when I’d already paid £99 for the voucher then an additional £62 for the card and then £40 on the day for the insurance and also to upgrade the professional driving car.

I have used these Experience Days offers 3 times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. The hotels have all been of a high standard and the process is easy and problem free. A nice way to treat yourself!

I Brought a Virgin experience voucher for my Husband’s special Birthday we thoutghly enjoyed our Two night hotel break to the Harbour hotel in Southampton. I would definitely recommend buying a Virgin gift voucher & will use them in the future.
