“Sadly I'll be moving on. I have faithfully ordered vitamins from Vitacost for 15 years. ALL of my last several orders have shipped late. No big deal unless your told otherwise. This time I went on the chat and they totally lied. Sad.”
“Vitacost changed carriers for shipping and OnTrac is unreliable, does not give good information on delivery changes and Vitacost customer service can not or does not help. If they quote a delivery date it will likely not happen.”
“The customer Service at Vitacost has been declining over the last few years. I recently logged in to take advantage of a promotion and stack a couple of offers (they let you do that). I reached out and was told that I was unable to stack the promos - even though the product page suggested using both codes together (and I have screenshots showing this). They removed one of the promos from the product page, and refused to honor the deal - even though they made the mistake and falsely advertised that both could be used. So disappointed - it would have been an extra $10 off - curious if that was worth losing a customer over? No integrity on behalf of the organization.”
“The company is going downhill!! Their webpage hasn't changed since Kroger bought in 2014- it is so cumbersome, slow, and ugly! The app isn't formatted for iPad. I can't sign-in because "my phone number doesn't match format", yet I receive text messages. Now, my email is invalid although I receive 2-3 emails a day from them!! Last time I order, I waited 10 days to get my shipment, and everything is thrown into a huge box, chips and cans together - most always damaged products! AND at least one lid is defective in every box. And I always seem to have a few items I cleared from my shopping cart that ended up being ordered anyway.
Come on, Vitacost / Kroger. You can do better!!!
