“Years ago, this was a great company, but since then, steadily downhill. I placed an order with them which was supposedly damaged in transit and then the replacement order was also damaged in transit. How is it possible that both orders could be damaged in transit? And then they offer nothing to make it up. Just go ahead and place the order online again, seriously? A third time? Not to mention all the time wasted.”
“Order #30411773 Your delivery service Veho leaves a lot to be desired. They also have cost you a long time customer as I will never order from you again. The idiot driver put this package in my mailbox (against the law by the way a federal offense to touch my mailbox) then put the flag up to alert the thieves that I had something in my mail box. Then my mailman saw the flag up and tried to scan and mail the Vitacost package that he thought I was mailing. I almost lost my package had my grandson not stopped him from taking it and trying to mail it. Veho is not allowed by federal law to touch our mailboxes. Only us and post office is allowed to open our box!!! Lost a customer over your delivery. Never again will I go through this! Tina Jacob”
“The company is going downhill!! Their webpage hasn't changed since Kroger bought in 2014- it is so cumbersome, slow, and ugly! The app isn't formatted for iPad. I can't sign-in because "my phone number doesn't match format", yet I receive text messages. Now, my email is invalid although I receive 2-3 emails a day from them!! Last time I order, I waited 10 days to get my shipment, and everything is thrown into a huge box, chips and cans together - most always damaged products! AND at least one lid is defective in every box. And I always seem to have a few items I cleared from my shopping cart that ended up being ordered anyway.
Come on, Vitacost / Kroger. You can do better!!!

“Vitacost used to be my favorite online store. I will no longer order from them. I tried to order some pet supplements and they sent items in place of the supplements that had nothing to do with what I ordered. When I tried to have them correct it they said they couldn’t and that I would have to reorder. I tried again and the same thing happened. They don’t even try to do the right thing.”
“I placed my first and last order with Vitacost. Never received the original order so requested replacement. Never received the second order. Over three weeks for them to respond only for then to tell it it was delivered. I requested a refund over 2 weeks ago and no response. I never have issues with deliveries from any other company I order from. Very disappointed with this company.”
“Multiple attempts at refund. Site won't allow me to find the order to do it myself. Three emails, 6 calls (in queue) no live person. Call back was 5 hours later late evening. No chat (only spirals). In past only use when there is a coupon. Even then, an unused coupon was deemed used. HORRIBLE!”

They packed 6 boxes of Crackers on the bottom of a huge box with 6 Large bottles of 32 oz MCT Oil on top of the crackers. All the crackers looked stomped ont the floor. One case of Luna bars was squished, but the other 3 cases were fine. No packing paper and placing the 6 heavy MCT Oils on top is insane. Where do I send pictures? I called and replacement is coming however they want pictures. I can't find where to upload pictures.”
“Vitacost is there for their customers for every little issue. Except they can improve if something has an expiration day say months and months into the future that was purchased from Vitacost and oxidizes in the bottle during normal use. This happened to me with a NOW Sleep product, and they were not helpful. The product turned defective and within 4 weeks melted to the bottom of the capsules after opening and turned black. I have photos of it turning black and oxidizing to the bottom of each capsule. Besides that issue, Vitacost has always stood by everything, with the exception of this defective item, due to too much time passing since my order was placed and they didn't save my order number. I didn't realize it until I just opened them about 4-5 weeks ago.”
