“Got my visa, but would have appreciated a more pro-active approach. I had to chase them a little.”

Hi Nathan Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry that you felt we didn't communicate as well as you were hoping. I've reviewed the conversation thread but I cannot see where we've not communicated when we've had information to pass on. Possibly the fact that your order was processing during the Christmas period might have slowed the amount of information we would have been able to give. That said how you felt about the service is what's important and please be assured that we will reiterate the need to make communication prompt in the future. “The service is very good. International shipping option does not however work well. The courier is less than helpful. Could do with negotiating a better service with DHL.”

“good but with delays”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see your last order was in 2018 and was for Russian documents. They were a real struggle back then, especially getting the archival letter. The whole process in Russia has become a bit more efficient so hopefully the delays you experienced aren't there anymore.
