“My experience with Vital was very bad. I paid for a urgent service which I was advised to do but the service was very slow. I feel that I was tricked into paying more for a very basic service.”

Thank you Raymond for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you feel aggrieved with the service you received and I apologise that it took longer to process than initially advised. Unfortunately sometimes the Embassies can delay documents for no reason and with no prior warning and for that I apologise.

“Takes way too long and not responsive on updates at all, also very expensive, I thought I spend 2600 on premium services, ends up 6month for attesting degree. True Canadian government is slow, however my friend who started after me got her attestation earlier with another agency at a much lower price”

“good thing I didn't listen to what April Lyn said and i have searched more. As a result i saved a lot of time and money. seems she don't really know the right process of attestation. i felt sad for those people who believed from them”

In regards to you being able to save time and money, April had not issued you a quotation for any service and no fees had been discussed. If there is anything that you do require help with in the future we will be more than happy to assist

“Sadly not good service at all. No updates unless I chase them. 6 month wait instead of the 3 months quoted. Definitley do NOT recommend this company.”

Thank you Tania for taking the time to leave your review. I have looked through all your correspondence with the team. When you were initially quoted in October the processing time frames you were issued were 60-75 working days. This timeframe starts from when we have everything required for the process. Unfortunately we did not receive a letter required to initiate the process until January so this is when the 60-75 working days starts from. The team have advised you that your order should be completed at DIRCO the first week of April. I am sorry that you feel this has taken longer than expected but we are processing your paperwork as quickly as humanly possible.

“The process for me took 3 months in total and I incurred costs as a result for loss of documents and Visa renewal which I had to pay for as a result of using this service. The situation was handled better towards the end but the communication and way it was handled upfront was very poor.”

Thank you Thomas for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry for the circumstance that surrounded your order. Unfortunately when the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland sent your document back to the UK team by In post which is their mailing system. This did not get received and the tracking reference that the team received was incorrect. The operations manager called the DFA daily trying to ascertain what had happened and where the document was. At this point we did inform you of the situation and offered to pay for your replacement certificate and once it arrived we would process that certificate on the urgent service at no cost. We refunded your for your re issue certificate and gave you a full refund for the process that we did not manage to fulfil. A short time later the missing document then arrived with our UK team so the attestation could be fulfilled. I am very sorry for this but unfortunately this was out of out hands and once the issue was recognised we rectified it the best we could. We would love to work with you again in the future if there was ever a need.

“The period given for finishing the document before i pay was different after i pay it changed to more time it took over 2 months while its supposed to be 25 working days as well as Arabic translation supposed to be attested by ministry of justice while it was not i had to do it my self !”

As we informed you, the processing time was unexpectedly increased from 30 days to 45 days - circumstances out of everyone's control. We tried to arrange an urgent service for your case, but they no longer provide expediated services for anyone, either. We appreciate your frustration, especially given the tight deadline you were under, but I am confident that whilst there was a delay, our team did keep you informed throughout the process and provided all the services that you requested at the time of placing your order.

After clarifying what was in fact required for this particular case, we escalated the case to an urgent service. “quite frankly I'm astonished that I am being asked to provide a review. I would not recommend Vital Certificates to anyone under any circumstances, whatsoever! The initial collection of my document was 4 days late. As opposed to the process taking the two weeks I was quoted, it actually took in excess of 4. In the interim, I was forced to complete an additional Visa Run, incurring additional expense. When my certificate was finally returned to the UAE the process was incomplete. I was then forced to pay an additional amount for the process to be completed. Innumerable phone calls and emails were unanswered”

“Have an estimated 20-27 days for completion but took 40! Zero communication. The document seems to have got lost and took 2 weeks for MOFA stamp rather than 2 days it should have. Antiquated procedures with items couriered back and forth for no reason, wasting time and adding costs. They are overpriced and completely unprofessional. They have sent someone else’s scans of sensitive info to me do your data is not safe with them. I will have to recover my losses from them as they have cost me £3,500 in lost income and another £1,000 in extra fees for storage etc not being able to leave the country and start a job in a timely manner. My employer was bringing me for a time sensitive project. Out of the whole group only I used this company and only I was delayed by 3 weeks compared to others- 15 working days. Don’t waste your time with them.”

“It was a disaster with Vital Consular... 1. We were ill informed several times. 2 We spoke to employees who did not knew how to actually proceed with our requests, whilst they should be the experts. 3. Agreements and arrangements were changed on the spot or misunderstood several times and 4. They sent our documents to our old country address whilst they were attesting the documents for our immigration to another country... we agreed specifically that they would not send the document, but that we would pick it up in the country we were immigrating to. All in all, our visa process was delayed and it cost us. Secondly, the amount of stress this provided was not ok and could have been avoided. We will not use Vital Consular again.”
