Sadly, we found that I had to keep chasing both Vital Consular UK and Vital Certificates UAE for a response with regard to my attestation order AUK12228. It felt as though my attestation order was not given the attention it deserved and that things would only move when I emailed (and on occasions followed up the emails with fairly costly phone calls) in order to confirm that the process was on track. One instance was when we had been asked to urgently send documents to the UAE for MOFA attestation and we relayed the message with all its urgency, providing all the necessary information only for the parcel to be stuck in Nairobi for a further few days because the DHL waybill paperwork had not been provided by the UK/UAE office. I had to call DHL Nairobi to ascertain the issue then follow up with both the Kenyan partners and the Vital Consular office in order to finally get things moving. Coupled with the fact that (as expected) some of the government agencies in Kenya were very difficult to deal with, the overall experience with Vital Consular was far from satisfactory

No feedback for 15 days. Had to make numerous calls and emails to get updates Took much longer than the estimate. I paid more tan other service quotes thinking they were going to be more serious. Received a quick estimate but once I paid , I never heard from them, only after 3 weeks of phone calls and e-mails.

I am not satisfied at all with the service and the receptionist who was answering my calls. I will not use Vital service anymore and I have informed the receptionist that I will not use your service again and she responds just with ok so unprofessional.

>Collection of document is super delayed for 2 hours and no proper assistance from the team (they sound upset if you will ask for an update). >Document was damaged with no proper explanation/investigation from Vital Certificate Team (Pribi Pavin-Sales Support Coordinator). Didn't even receive an apology for this.

absolute fraud do not use this company their policy is 60 days and most credit card companies will not refund after 60 Days that is what they plan on kept asking status and they give you the same boucus answer. I if have been defrauded contact me as I am starting a class-action suit wofat1@msn.com

You people need to hire people who have a better knowledge about the certificates and educational degrees. after wasting so many days I have received the response saying the degree can not be attested because it is not a degree but a certificate. on the other side, my multiple friends have already received their attested documents.

Hi Adnan I see that you are unhappy with our service but decided to post anonymously. No matter I managed to do some digging around to find the e-mail thread you had with my colleagues. What we actually informed you was that your document could not be attested and "This is so because the UAE requires the previous legalization by the Ministry of Education of Spain, and that is not possible because it is not a degree sanctioned by the Ministry of Education." This information was given to you on the same day that you made your inquiry, 29th March, and not many days after as you mention; some hours maybe but not many days.. The information was provided by our colleagues in Spain who specialise in attestation and who were extremely surprised that anyone would be able to get your document attested for use in the UAE. That said we even offered to try for you but you chose not to respond to our e-mail and take that offer. Whilst we are not perfect we are an extremely professional company that checks that what we say we can do, we can do and do within the confines of the law. I am sorry that we were not able to assist you this time and I hope you managed to get your document attested. Best regards Chris Miller Country Manager

I've been through the e-mail thread connected to order DD11557 but cannot find any mention of a mistake in the attestation of your documents or any complaint about the price during your conversations with our team. Hi David Thank you for taking the time to feedback your thoughts and we're sorry you weren't happy with the service. Having reviewed the e-mail conversation it would appear the delay happened when we e-mailed on the 9th of December requesting a delivery address for your document but never received a response because, as you mention on the 17th, you never received our e-mail. I can also see that we arranged delivery that same day. We do our very best to keep track of all the ongoing orders; sorry that on this instance you feel we didn't manage to achieve this.
They promise a swift and reliable services, the swift part is correct however the realiable part is far from the truth. To secure their business they will confirm that what you are asking is what is satisfactory to continue your work permit process when in fact it’s totally insufficient. At a later stage a senior management person within the company will take over the case and provide a noncicle explanation blaming the applicant and then propose to perform the same service again at a reduced rate when you have already spent 500 UK pounds to have a document attested that you are told is sufficient to obtain your work permit..... there are many other companies providing the same service at a more reasonable rate. Explore your options....,.

Hi Chris Thank your for your review and I am sorry that you were not satisfied however as I mentioned in my e-mail when you made your initial complaint Vital Certificates do not provide advice on which documents clients need attesting, rather we assist clients with the attestation process. It is very clearly stated in our quotes that: You are responsible for checking that the service requested is suitable for your needs. Vital Certificates does not provide legal advice relating to matters of legalisation, migration or international travel. This is also mentioned in the Acceptance Guarantee under Restrictions to the Guarantee as you have highlighted in your message of October 10th. As we made clear, we are not able to, nor do we ever, provide advice as to which document you need to get attested; we checked the scan you sent us with our colleagues in the UK and when they confirmed it was eligible for attestation this is what we did, on your instruction. Despite your error I still offered to obtain an attestation, at cost, on a document that would be acceptable to the authorities however you decided not to take us up on this offer. I am more than happy to accept that we are not perfect and to accept criticism when it is due however this is not one of those occasions.
Mistakes were made. Complaint was made. My calls were not returned. I have let all my colleagues and my HR DEPT know they should not use your services.

Hi Mark Sorry to hear that you weren't fully satisfied with our service and that you feel we weren't responsive. I've had a look back through the order from 2018 and, from what I can see, where we weren't responsive it seems to have been when the time differences/weekends made it take longer to communicate with our colleagues in the USA. We've worked hard over the last two years to ensure we focus on being as effective and efficient as possible in our communication. My understanding is that the document was able to be used for it's intended purpose but please let me know if this is not correct.
Chris Miller doesn't have a customer-focused approach. I was a repeat customer, and I asked for a repeat discount. VC informed me that the voucher was sent with your certificate, and you can use the voucher for the discount. However, because my documents were sent directly to my prospective employer, I never received the voucher, and Chris was not willing to consider this fact. I was very disappointed with their service.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback Emad. Having reviewed your order I can see that the discount was offered if you could produce the discount voucher that was sent. This voucher is essential for our internal auditing and unfortunately as your prospective employer had misplaced your voucher we were unable to provide the discount. I am sorry that you feel that this indicates a lack of customer service on our part.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback Dana and I am sorry to hear that we did not exceed your expectations. Having had a look at your order I can see that you used our service in 2016. You'll be glad to know that in the last 3-4 years we have implemented numerous systems and policies to ensure that we attend to every client in a timely manner and if this is not the case then the team member in question has to explain why. We take customer service very seriously and are constantly looking for ways not to just provide a service but to exceed expectations every time.
Never use this company It take forever to get back your certificate, expensive and unprofessional staff They ruined my certificate and folded it badly and they brought it back without the protecting cover that I placed my certificate in

Good afternoon Nahla. Thank you for leaving your honest review, I'm sorry however to hear you weren't happy with the service you received from Vital Certificates. I have made a note of your order number and will discuss this with the manager of the Dubai team. I can say however that on occasion, as the certificates are being handled and processed by various governmental departments, we have known documents be returned to us folded after completion of a certain stage. We do take great care with all of our customers documents and apologise that you didn't receive it back in the condition you would have expected. This will certainly be looked into further, to ensure we are doing all we can in this area. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
