“Was disappointed by the process. I'm sure for many the attestation is a new process and quite overwhelming. I sent over the list required from my school and it took a few quotes to get the actual official quote. Initially I was quoted over £700, I managed to get this down to nearer £300. I did feel slightly like I was trying to be ripped off. However the real problem was when my documents got to the UAE. I appreciate scanning the documents to update the process however this is not helpful when one of my documents isn't scanned. When I emailed to enquire where my birth certificate was they stated it wasn't attested as my quote didn't say to and they hoped it was still in the letter with my degree certificate. This lead to me panicking that 1) my birth certificate was lost and 2) it hadn't been attested. I went all the way back through my numerous quotes and found it should have been attested as per my quote. It was then left to update you where the certificate was and its status. Luckily for you the document was in the letter and had been attested, however this caused 24hours of unnecessary stress and hassle trying to locate my documents and check correct paperwork.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have checked all correspondence between yourself and the team and I can see that there were some confusion as to what documents you actually required but after contacting your HR department a few times this was worked out and this is why the quotes differed a lot. The first quotation was based on the list of documents we were initially given and the final quote was based on what documents you needed. Please rest assured we do not ever quote for any unnecessary work. In regards to the missing scan. I can only apologise for this human error but I am thankful that you received everything attested that was required.

“I found the commutation great, once I sent an email I would get a swift reply. Although when my document was complete and had left the office I was told that it was delivered to my friends apartment in JLT. This was not the case and I explained it and I was told numerous of times that it was at my friends apartment and that it was out of their control once it left the office. I myself then had to track it down on DHL call them and ask them where my certificate was delivered to, I then found out it was delivered to a total different address to the one I had given and I was reassured that it was at the right place. However after hunting it down myself the delivery was fast and effective.”

Hi Nermin Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. We like to think of ourselves as value for money but you are entitled to your opinion. I have researched your order and whilst we take every care to make sure documents come back in the condition they were received we cannot be responsible for how documents are treated at the various government authorities involved in the attestation process. I hope in the end you were able to use your documents for their intended purpose and again, sorry that you weren't fully satisfied.

Hi Ashley Sorry to hear that you weren't fully satisfied with our service. Having reviewed your order I can see it was for a document previously attested by the Canadian Global Affairs for use in the UAE. This would mean we could only have the document with the Global Affairs stamps on it attested. If that were the original then we would have no choice but to send that document to the UAE Embassy for them to affix their stamp on it.

Sorry we didn't manage to get this one right. I can see we've done a couple of orders for you and that there was some issue with the scan you were sent (although not the actual attestation). I hope we managed to get it all sorted for you.

“In the process of attesting my degree in Canada. The original degree was ruined. Staples were used on the original degree. The provider did not bother to make copies, and ruined the original certificate of my Master.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback Imen. We always do our best to ensure that we exceed our clients expectations and I'm sorry that this has not been the case for you. I can say however that on occasion, as the certificates are being handled and processed by various governmental departments, we have known documents be returned to us folded or having had another supporting document stapled to the original after completion of a certain stage. We do take great care with all of our customers documents and apologise that you didn't receive it back in the condition you would have expected.
