“The service was great order processed and shipped promptly from USA unfortunately once it hit NZ on 8 December it hasn’t progressed at all it’s now 30 December and it still says reached country of destination. Very disappointing but not Vitamin Grocer’s fault hence high rating. Don’t know if it’s COVID or very slack couriers our end!”

“I placed my order on 27/11/21. It's now 30/12/21 & I still haven't received it. Bought similar product from an American site & it arrived within a couple of weeks. Won't be ordering from Vitamin Grocer again”
