“I still have not received my order that I placed weeks ago. I received an email saying it will be coming from America. Would of been much nicer if I was given a choice to maybe change my order to another form of Melatonin you have in stock. Now I have completely run out & Im still waiting.”

“Really good ordering systems, as usual the problem is with delivery. Vitamin Grocer needs to get better connected to its delivery systems as customers don't measure success based on when you got things "out the door" but when the customer got things "in the door"”
