“I live in Australia and buy melatonin from Vitamin Grocer as it is hard to get here (or much more expensive). I find their service to be very prompt in processing orders and the product quality is very good. Naturally shipping times can be quite long to Australia, but I can live with that.”

“Over the years, I've previously had awesome experiences as a repeat customer ordering from Vitamin Grocer - great prices & prompt delivery. However, I placed an order (totalling >$100) a month ago & it has not arrived. Parcel tracking suggests it has been returned to sender?! It's been so long the delivery details are no longer current. I've tried contacting Vitamin Grocer to redirect it but received no reply. Tried again today so fingers x someone can please help track down our vitamins.”
