“This is total fraud. I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase anything from Vlebazaar. It's been around over a month, I placed the order. I had to cancel it because of excessive delay in delivery. I asked to cancel the order after 6-7 days of waiting. Everytime the delivery date was getting extended. After almost 1 week, when I called the customer care executive, they asked me to wait for 10 more days, so I asked for the cancellation and full refund. She assured me that order has got cancelled and I'll get my refund within a week. No refund I got but the product, that too after 18 days of placing it. I didn't accept it and ended up spending almost 2hrs, struggling to get a proper answer of why did this happened and where is my refund money. Which eventually I failed to get, but after a long struggle one of the executive asked me not accept the order and cancel it, and once the item reach back to them they'll process my refund. She told me that this process will take 10days at max.
Today, it's almost 1.5 months have past. I'm still calling them to ask for my refund status.
Today they've told in next 2days I'll be getting my money back. Let's see.”
