We always want every order to arrive safely and we did try to help as best as we could. Sendíng out two Packages, who both reached us back undeliverable.
In your case, DHL repeatedly reported that your address couldn’t be located. Since DHL only communicates delivery-related details directly with the recipient (not with us as the sender), we weren’t able to request further information on your behalf.
We refunded your orders in full and suggested using an alternative delivery location, like a DHL Paketshop, to make sure future deliveries can reach you without issues.
If you’d like to give it another try with a different delivery address, we’re of course happy to help. 💚
