My son is disabled and had some difficulties getting his old phone unlocked when he received his new one. Vodafone were not only extremely courteous, but helped tremendously. They also gave him a credit for all the difficulty he had. I went to the executives office for the help and they could not have been more helpful, in fact better than any other phone provider. My son has been with them for a few years now and could not be happier. I think it is the way in which you approach people from my experience, but they get 5 stars from me for their customer service and the kind and helpful way they have treated my brain injured son they get 5 stars from him. I have had this opportunity to speak to this gentleman who is currently in South Africa (Cape Town), his name is Anthony Ford, this guy has been an absolute life saver to assist me with few problems that I have had recently, since the problem was not looking to get resolved within a day, he actually called me back the following day as he promised to resolve my query, I strongly recommend every network to actually consider taking someone as Anthony to be hired in their team in order to have satisfied customers!

I have been with Vodafone ever since it changed from Vodacall to Vodafone some 25+years or more. Last year an upgrade went horribly wrong and in the end I had to email UK CEO and, the problem was rectified. I made a mistake last week and nearly had to buy another line (my fault entirely)when all I wanted was to upgrade my phone early. I emailed again CEO office and within a couple of days the problem was sorted. During my phone conversation with the CEO office I have gathered that Vodafone have been working hard over the last 8 months to improve on previous performance. I have to say it is so easy to complain and give a company a bad name. Seldom do you hear about the success stories when things sometimes do go wrong. So this is my effort to redress the balance. Only time will tell if things are improving. Providing of course that other people post the good stuff, Yes??

Fantastic customer service and speedy resolution to my justified complaint. Yes i had cause to complain but dealt with in quickly and efficiently with outcome more than satisfactory. If you deal with complaints like you did mine then in sure vodafones tarnished reputation and poor reviews will soon be a thing of the past. Well done vodafone and it proves that when handled in the correct way not all complaints need to be of low star rating

For the last two years I've had nothing but terrible service from Vodafone, I have dealt with rude representatives who have called me a liar etc. Today I rang up to cancel my contract and I dealt with a representative called Steven McCoy, I think he was in the Newbury call centre, im not sure. He was nothing but lovely. He has restored my faith in Vodafone and set up a bundle that best suited me, so I'm staying with Vodafone for another year. Thank you so much for lovely, quick customer service! You're an asset to the company!!

Hello I would like to inform customer service manager that my experience today was positive. I rang to cancel contract and pay early fee but my problem was resolved with a very friendly assistant who was informative and helpful. I like vodafone because am working there and I know how much vodafone appreciate customers and Somtimes faults might happen but it's the nature of the industry

I have just been in your Beverley shop . I was helped by two very polite and friendly young men. I am an elderly lady so only use my phone for texting and calling. They soon sorted my queries out evening ringing my phone to make sure it was alright . You have got some very good staff in those two young men . Many thanks Mrs Smart

Today at Vodafone Aberdeen I had the best customer service anywhere for years.. My iPhone 6 had ceased to get emails. I am btinternet and calls to them were unproductive, Vodafone's Julie sorted the tricky problem with enthusiasm and expertise in less than 15 minutes. I left the shop as the proverbial happy bunny, having received no emails for 4 days. Well done Julie and Vodafone. Mel Edwards 07788660254.

Hi,this is about Vodaphone atRetford north Notts,My personal experience.The manageress is as useful as a bucket of salt water in the dessert. I have such a lot to say but I will I keep it short.someone once said to me all the throwbacks from other phone shops finish up at Vodaphone.My advice stay away,look at all the other reviews. I WILL BE BACK later. Ray. ps I would rate Vodaphone minus 50 stars
