I spoke to two women over the phone from customer service called Maria and Jenny. They were both so lovely, understanding and helpful. They also offered me a great deal which i did not expect. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work

Very positive experience with Vodafone so far. Much better value for money than my old network and coverage seems a lot better, no more patchy areas of poor signal! Also a nice bonus to get a free £25 Amazon voucher for joining using a friend’s invite link. I’d like to thanks JORDON COLLIC in customer care from the Manchester call centre. He really does take the job roll literally. Fantastic throughout, I rang to pay my bill, ended up with entertainment plan, £16 off my bill and data taken off that I didn’t need. from start to finish nothing was too much. Absolute credit to the company and a very good representation of what Vodafone do offer. Please send my regards to Jordon with maybe a bottle of wine and some chocolates! X

Only Lewis C in Newcastle gave brilliant customer service.....he is personable, professional, efficient, friendly and could teach many other Vodafone employees how to behave...Please thank him for me !

Made a call today regarding my contract. Spoke to a man names omer and he was very helpful. Was on the phone for about an hour and 15 mins which he apologized for a number of times but it was not a problem. He assured me that being a valued customer means a lot and gave me the best help with my query. Very pleased and would like to thank him and yourselves for the great service

The service I’ve just received was second to none I had dealings with two people firstly Lewis then Amy both were very friendly and helpful my contract renewal dealt with efficiently and they managed to get me an excellent deal. I actually came off the phone feeling like a valued customer so well done Vodafone

I went into the vodaphone shop in Bexleyheath kent to have someone look at my phone which was playing up,, i was helped by a young chap called Alfie who took his time to explore every avenue and explained to me what he was doring in simple terms so i understood.. im not great with iphones!! He was very polite and helpful and i would certainly go again and ask for him.. Regards Cathy

When starting a new mobile contract it's best to block all Direct bills to mobile, Premium bar and International Bar to start, you can always remove the bars later by calling customer service. On new contract or upgrade from 1 October 2018 you can now set a spend limit between £0 - £100 to protect you from unexpected bills as you can always change this in My Vodafone or by calling customer service. Most people on this form don't quite understand what a contract means. You are agreeing to pay them a monthly charge for 1 or 2 years plus any extras charges which you must pay on time. If you cannot guarantee you can afford it for the year(s) don't sign up use pay as you go no excuses please. Look after your phone and insure it, 2 years is a long time paying for something you have broken or had it stolen. I have used Vodafone, O2 (Cellnet), EE (T-Mobile & Orange), Three, Virgin and Tesco for over 26 years and I find now it's easier to buy my phone outright and look for the SIM only deals. It's so easy to change network with a PAC code and your number changes over the next working day and automatically cancels your existing contract.

Today I contacted Vodafone with regards to increasing my data tariff for my mobile. I got through to a very friendly cheerful guy called Dan who was based in the Newcastle contact centre. He made it really easy going through security and was very friendly. His rapport building with me through the call was brilliant! He was very talkative and just made the call flow really well. He looked at the offers and advised me for being a loyal customer he could give me 5gb if data for no extra cost which is always great to hear. Again I would like Vodafone to pass my feedback on to Dan as he did an amazing job and is a real asset to the Newcastle customer service contact centre. I work myself in a contact centre as part of a managment team and I just think he deserves the recognition! Very happy customer. :) Kind Regards Miss Kimberley Russon.

Karina in the Bangor Gwynedd store was a super help today. I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it there and then. She was sociable, smiley and thoroughly helpful. I totally recommend her if you have a problem with your mobile phone.

Today I went in to the store in the metrocentre to begin my own contract. I spoke to someone called Dave who was amazing with helping me and I had some issue with starting it due to previously applying on a different website online for a contract but Dave was absolutely brilliant at sorting me out especially considering I go on holiday tomorrow. I would 100% recommend Vodafone and in particularly this store as the help I received from Dave was amazing!!

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE BICESTER VODAFONE SHOP STAFF. We have had an ongoing dispute regarding closure of a mobile phone contract. The Vodafone call centre and the online chat are appalling. I have had 3 hour long online chats, which were a waste of time and inconclusive. The UK call centre has cut me off 3 times and I have been kept in a queue at the call centre for over 35 minutes. However, the staff at the Bicester Vodafone shop have bee courteous, helpful, friendly and professional on the many occasions my wife and I have visited. Specifically, Lisa and her manager, Shonna who have resolved this long-running saga. Thank you folks!
