This review is specifically for the Bicester Vodafone Shop staff. We have had an ongoing dispute regarding closure of a mobile phone contract. The Vodafone call centre and the online chat are appalling. I have had 3 hour long online chats, which were a waste of time and inconclusive. The UK call centre has cut me off 3 times and I have been kept in a queue at the call centre for over 35 minutes. However, the staff at the Bicester Vodafone shop have bee courteous, helpful, friendly and professional on the many occasions my wife and I have visited. Specifically, Lisa and her manager, Shonna who have resolved this long-running saga. Thank you folks!

I rang Vodaphone with regards to an upgrade. The lady on the phone was more than helpful. Firstly see asked me what I was looking for, then did what ever she could to make it happen. She even got authorisation to add a 10% discount to my whole bill. Basically I ended up with the phone I wanted, the contract terms I wanted and the price was within £1 of my previous contract with them. Plus I get to keep the same number. Over all the phone deals and companies I contacted Vodafone were by far the easiest to deal with and understood my needs and requirements. Plus there coverage is one of the few that covers my area. Fantastic top rated service. I recommend Vodafone to everybody. Phill

I signed up for the £20.00 fibre broadband deal in the Dorchester store with George and with a little help from the manager all paper work completed, next BT came to fit a connection box and check to wiring this was found to be at fault and BT Openreach fixed that be it 3 days later, Vodafone rang me every day and chased up openreach in the end I was offered a discount on my next bill for some thing that was not there fault, as its in a Holiday Let Cottage, customers have reported NO Problems at all with speed or service so I can say this is a company I will beal with again and now get rid of BT broadband at home

I cancelled my 3 contract and joined Vodafone. It was the best decision I've made. Excellent reception I can use my mobile in more places. Even in some town centres 3 didn't have a signal. Customer service is excellent, my number was ported on time, and customer service staff have been friendly and competent.

I actually had bad experience with Vodafone before and I was thinking to change my operator. But today I make a call to pay my bill and I had the pleasure with such a lovely person his name is Mustafa and seriously he make my day. So friendly kind with a good since of humor. He solve an issue that I had 2 months ago. I really hope that I would had a pleasure to speak with him again.

Went to the Wandsworth branch today I met Keval , THIS MAN IS A CREDIT TO THE WANDSWORTH BRANCH, he really helped me and the young chap who was training was really good and helpful. thank you for all of your help my mobile is now up and running many thanks Gerard.

Was in urgent need of a micro sim for a phone which had been purchased elsewhere for a birthday gift. As long standing customer sim and delivery was to be free. Sim arrived the very next day, but invoice followed two days later for full cost, but one quick chat and it was credited to account whilst still online.

What a lot of complaints! What a lot of nonsense. Most of the problems have been caused by the mobile users themselves. I have been with Vodafone for a few years and have had no issues at all! I have recently upgraded my phone to the latest iPhone x and except for the slight delay in receiving it, everything is fine. Rang 191 to discuss when the changeover to the new contract would happen. The op was most helpful. Check your data use if you find it expensive. Look at your phone settings.

My iPhone 6S was snatched by a fast cyclist while waiting for a bus in Dublin. I used my husband's phone to contact my daughter who contacted Vodafone. Within 5 mins the sim had been cancelled. I went straight to Vodafone I. Forestside Belfast when I got back to Belfast and again they were so helpful . They gave me a very competitive price and I got an iPhone 7. Honestly so helpful. This was the 3rd phone store I had visited that day in a quest to find a pay as you go SIM for a basic phone that didn't need a monthly top up. Dave served me quickly and efficiently and knew immediately what iI needed.

Tamer Admel on the Vodafone team is simply a ledgend guy really helped me out and would like to write a good review regarding he's customer service towards me, very polite, extremely helpful and done me a favour anyone looking for assistance please ask for this Man and say Marley sent you unlike most Other iPhone operatives he's actually uselful and helps get your situation solved so thanks again mate your sincerely Marley woods (ps promote the guy To management he's better than the one assholes you have haha
