I have using vodafone network. Yesterday I called in toll-free number, they are charged me in my account. Kindly refund the amount or give me the PORT number. I will change my number to other network. Today morning I called your customer care service, that guy not giving proper answer and not telling he name. Then I went to vodafone service center in T.NAGAR. They said postpaid network only toll-free number are free. Prepaid network are will be change. How they are saying this type of answers. Is fully irritate and vodafone network is fully cheating for the customers.

Absolutely disgusting company. Please stay away from Vodafone. I have never known a company so disorganised and misleading. Please check all review platforms. I thought Virgin Mobile was bad but Vodafone take the award for that.

this is the worst mobil company ever t hade im my life I have been calling 4 months to get my refund and every time thay give a promise but never pay back some kind of method to make you sicken I hate this company evrytime minimum 1 30 minute wasting my time and no result I didn't get my refund :(((

Vodafone is a complete Joke, I have ordered broadband for almost one month and nobody showed up to install anything. I've been waiting hours to get to the cancellation team so they can tell me they cannot cancel because their system is out or order. I'm suing them. DO NOT GO to Vodafone!

Literal clowns i am a customer for 5 years and i put up with the barelly existing internet connection because i only needed for online search and nothing more and in the last year they weren't able to provide even that.A 24 mbs promised connections speed was always less than 3 mbs and after changing the contract for 50 mbs it ended up going from 3 to 4 mbs. And about the customer support well i never managed to call them since they had a 4 hour waiting line that it's not much of a mystery considering that they don't provide sh#t for anyone

I bought the sim card advertise 15 GB… I bought the sim card advertise 15 GB Data and 250 min sim card arrive late even than they give 500mb data a day and daily usage £1 its a joke someone legally selling online sim card display 15gb data and 250 min for £10 month once you buy they put on sim plan only . and even than they overcharge on daily plan . than they refund after long argument. very bad company that is ripe off in day light . this complain will fwd to offcom . cusservice people hang the phone once i call them in first call . they promise manager will call you in 24hrs 48 hrs gone no one call so far again call they put request to speed up and someone call you still pending . really bad company stay away for pay as you go plan i advise to others.

Terrible service! Cancelled account, sent phone back, seemed ok, received a debt collection letter for over £200. Black mark on credit rating, multiple phone calls emails and complaints later and they apologise. Now they send me another email asking for a different amount! Left hand doesnt know what the right is doing. Disgusting, appalling,way to treat people and excuseviscalways covid or we are working from home. Do not use you will be stressed and needing treatment for a breakdown!

Pathetic, worst and very bad service.... I was using Airtel for last few years.... It was good. But recent there is some issues and I was thinking that if I move to Vodafone I will get better then what I was getting t Airtel. And the transmission was fast and with in couple of days I was able port to my vodafone. And from that day all of my bad days started, I was not even getting proper signal and there is no wifi calling. except a free member ship of 1 year at Amazon prime you won't get anything. I have created a request to vodafone saying that my network is not good and was in the impress that the will take care of this request but nothing happened... I had followed up again and again but nothing happened. Its been 2 months complete and few days back all of a sudden vodafone has suspended my connection with out any message, mail or a call intimation. I was not even know the reason why my services were stopped. And I have some how called to the customer care and got to know that there is some amount "rs.350/-" with the previous provided is pending to be paid. And I have been trying to pay that for last few weeks and since my mobile number has been moved to vodafone and it can't be found at airtel so, I was not able to pay that. And when I have called to the customer care they told once you pay clear that money with your previous service provider then with in 15 mins my services will be activated. And I had to go to the airtel store and pay the money... which I did in this COVID situation as well. But after sharing all the details it's been 4 days and till now my services are not activated. pros: I don't see anything good in vodafone cons: Alot 1. No proper network coverage even in cities like Bangalore. 2. you won't get the proper Mobile net speed. 3. Customer care team didn't even worry about any of your queries. And most of them are under knowledge. everytime they say concern team will check and they don't even know who was doing what. 4. you will get lots of false promises and no one even Team leads won't stand on their words. ................. After reading all this it is your decision to go with vodafone.

My contract started about 9 months ago I've called them nearly every week when you look for a supervisior to call you back never happens Even installs are done third party which is dangerous because user you can never change username and password on giggabox say. I've sent ComReg a list of concerns please do not use vodafone. Technically staff just don't know if it's off script. There's no follow up. It's just a mess.

1 star only because 0 is not an option. I’ve been a customer of Vodafone for the last 17 years and a little bit before that also. This is the first time that I have upgraded with them but definitely the last. Prior to upgrading it took me a very long time to get in touch with someone to talk about the upgrade. Eventually I settled for online chat. It was explained to me very poorly that as I had just paid my monthly bill, I could upgrade from that moment and that the plan fee and upfront payment would be billed at the same time the following month with no extra fees. Now I have just received my monthly bill which is approximately £35 higher than that expected. With some strange calculation of finishing my last plan and starting a new plan. The strange thing is that it works out the same as paying for my old monthly plan along with the new plan and 1 off payment. It Might be worth going into debt to pay off my early termination fee and then using a better service provided by another operator. A more truthful operator. I am sitting here now feeling ROBBED and F.U.@C:K?E!D over and very very disappointed with VODAFONE. 💩💩💩💩

I can't explain just how much I hate Vodafone, the service is like some sort of experimental torture endurance test. It's always the same, no one takes notes, you have to explain yourself every time, and every time they assure you that they will fix your issue and then they never do. The service is appalling, I can't give a low enough rating, why don't they have stars in minus? I would never ever recommend.

As a business owner (with multiple cell phones) i am really disappointed with the service with voda phone. Right from the start i have been given the runarou d. Communication is extremely poor with questions remaining unaddressed and unanswered during email conversations. Bills twice what was quoted and when enquiring about it im told they are passing it onto another team. After attempts to check in again, im still told there is another team looking into it. With no communication as to the progress of it, i ask again after many days. To be told the other team is still checking it. In the meantime i am still being harassed with new bills and reminders for the dissputed bills. Right from the start i am kept waiting for answers to questions even when trying to sign up. The ONLY reasdon i am with voda phone is because of poor reception in my area from the other provider. The moment the other provider increases coverage to my area, i am GONE.
