“I placed an order last week Friday then later on in the evening the items went into sale. I sent an email to see if I could get the items I ordered at sale price. Charlotte emailed me back quite promptly and gave me a gift voucher for the difference which I really was not expecting. Thanks so much Charlotte really appreciate this and you will get repeat orders from me. Keep up the good work vanquish.”

“I love the hoodies from VQ, great design, great style and great quality of fabrics you can definitely feel. Also great customer service. I placed my order and a sale began even before I received my items. I reached out through e-mail and was issued a gift card for the price drop.”

“Shopping at VQ has always been good with their quality and products. I had an issue with one of my products that was Damaged so I sent VQ an email explaining the issue I had and they got back to me straight away the next day and got me in touch with an advisor called Charlotte who was more than helpful and help me resolve my issue straight away. Very kind and helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased so thank you VQ and Charlotte for helping me resolve my issue. the customer service at VQ is excellent.”

“I got pants for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them as well as the rest of our stuff we got together. He had a bit of an issue with the pants and omg Charlotte was unbelievable in her response time with me as well as a great resolution. I’m a huge believer in the value of a company is their customer service and from this experience, their customer service is ON POINT! I love it and will be a life long customer as long as I’m in the gym (hehe)”
