“Ordered a full tracksuit and the delivery came promptly with good updates. Everything fit perfectly and looks great. After the first wash, a piece of metal came off the drawstrings on the joggers and the bottom of the hoody was slightly defected (really minor issues). I emailed customer services and got in contact with Chelsea who was fantastic. Very quick to reply and gave me 2 options of how we could resolve the issue which were extremely satisfactory. For me, mistakes happen but it's how the company deals with it which is more important. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again.”
