“A rollercoaster. I am a PT. I will start with the positive customer service : responsive, polite, capable and genuily eager to improve their service and bring customer satisfaction.
The clothes feel good to wear for casual or exercise purposes, colors are varied.
Now beware your sizing choice though as the charts are vague and there discrepancies on the website same model showing different stats... best to ask customer service twice, three times before purchasing esp ask for the exact items dimensions eg T-Shirts and pants are überlong.
About quality there seems to be some discontinuity I for instance ordered 3 trousers XL from the same line but not 3 different colors. One feels like a M, the other a L and one finally a XL.
I did return a full order of mix items once for sizing problems. VQ paid for the reexpedition but I was not satisfied about sizing again the second time around. I could not be refunded but was given a gift card instead so I chose new items that I will now have refitted by a professional.
Out of 8 items I will only wear 3. So the resolution is overall unsatisfactory despite VQs efforts.
Brexit will make delays longer than announced. I am based in France and it took 2 full weeks from purchasing to delivery. Didn't bother me but again best ask if you are choosy regarding delivery.
I would say imho that VQ service is of a great quality however the items are slightly overpriced for what they are esp. considering the competition. The cuts and fabric are too stylish for their own good. Cotton is breathable btw.
With a few tweaks down the assembly line VQ could be an excellent fitness brand yet there is still room for improvement.”

They even said I could keep the defective pair of joggers and that there was no need to send them back which was very generous as they are still very wearable .
