“I absolutely love Vanquish clothing, the quality, styling and fit are so good I have kitted myself out with loads of their gear and love every bit of it.
Recently after a year of happy shopping with them I had my first issue with an item of clothing and contacted their customer services team and am so happy that the quality of their clothing is matched by a quality service!
Both Chelsea and Chris were really great at dealing with my issue and it was resolved quickly, I think it’s safe to say that I will continue to shop with them as they are my go to for gym and casual wear.

During last purchase did face some issues as I paid for 1-2 day delivery but I got the items after 4 days which is not ideal as when paying extra for delivery you want the items to come within the given time frame. Also, one of the shorts were dirty when they arrived so had to reach out to their customer service to seek some help. Person that I was in contact with Jordan was able to provide options to sort out this issue and the response time was very quick. So I’m very please with their customer service.

The customer service representative, Charlotte, was very helpful and willing to compensate for the inconvenience. I have to say, I am very impressed with the quality of both products. The returns form was easy to follow and the item was acknowledged the very next day by VQ and the new item was also shipped. My advisor Jordan was extremely helpful and gave me the response I was looking for. I had also sent back a couple of shirts to exchange & refund as I wanted a different size for one and a refund for the other - I then enquired with Jordan if I could change the refund into an exchange for another shirt as I have been really impressed with the quality of the items I bought and kept. Again Jordan responded to me within 24 hours confirming this was absolutely fine and I have just received my confirmation of the order for the exchanges I requested.
