“I have to admit, I am really impressed with how awesome the Customer Service at Vanquish is! Charlotte replied to me pretty much immediately, was really professional the whole time and helped me resolve me problem waaay faster than I expected. Once again, massive thanks to Charlotte and the whole Customer Service for being awesome!”

“Good customer service. For anyone outside the UK a return is quite expensive and will not be refunded by the company. Therefore I would think twice about ordering items which I am not exactly sure about the fitting and sizing...”

“One item didn’t fit and was not the style I’d thought I’d seen online. Faultless and easy refund service with great support from Jordan. One point of feedback is to introduce free returns with preprinted return labels - that would add to an otherwise easy process.”

“Chris helped me with my refund and it was done very quick and easily. I got a pair of leggings and sports bra and the sports bra especially I thought was very good quality and support. Lovely colours and quality products.”

“Chelsea was great. She responded quickly to my inquiry, and made sure I was satisfied. I originally purchased W.U.P. pants to work out in. They fit so well I only wear them when I go out because I don't want to get them dirty at the gym. I might need to order two of each. One just for the gym.”

“I received a pair of leggings which ended up being faulty and ripping when wearing them. I contacted the customer service team and Charlotte helped me by offering me a gift card of the price of the leggings I had received or to be sent another pair of the leggings which I felt was sufficient for dealing with the problem. The response from customer service was very quick and efficient and dealt with my issue accordingly. I love this companies products anyway as I have bought goods from them before and didn't want this one thing to tarnish my idea of them. Thankfully, with the quick response and resolution, this has meant my trust has been restored in the company.”

“Their customer service was great. I received a wrong item compared to the item I ordered. So, I contacted the customer service team for help. Eventually, I couldn’t receive the original item since it was out of stock. However, Charlotte from the customer service team responded very kindly providing several options to solve the problem which was great.”
