“I received a pair of leggings which ended up being faulty and ripping when wearing them. I contacted the customer service team and Charlotte helped me by offering me a gift card of the price of the leggings I had received or to be sent another pair of the leggings which I felt was sufficient for dealing with the problem. The response from customer service was very quick and efficient and dealt with my issue accordingly. I love this companies products anyway as I have bought goods from them before and didn't want this one thing to tarnish my idea of them. Thankfully, with the quick response and resolution, this has meant my trust has been restored in the company.”
