“I purchased some cargo pants from VQ I purchase some cargo pants from VQ, which was my first purchase, and the stitching unravelled in days. I raised this with them and no reply after 2 emails and a tweet. I continued to buy as thought this might be a one off. Spent £100s of pound since then with no real problem (although quality of premium stuff not premium) but happy enough. Last I returned some gym bottoms (at my expense) and order a replacement which was £7.99 cheaper. I received the cheap pants but no refund on my account. Sent 3 emails to query this and a tweet and again no response. For the sake £7.99 they've just lost a customer that was ordering £100s pound worth of stuff every few month. Awful way to treat loyal customers. Won't buy again.”

“Had an issue with a wrist band that wasn’t VQ fitness’ fault. I emailed about it and they responded fast and helped me in any way they could. Charlotte was very helpful and amazing to contact. Thankyou.”

“I placed an order for some joggers in March, which I was extremely happy with. So happy, that I placed the order once more last week. I had a slight problem, that was the joggers that just arrived weren't the same as the ones in March, however, no biggy, there was nothing wrong with them, they are still incredibly good quality and look great, and I will wear them. I dropped an email to VQ customer support as a courtesy, and within minutes I gained a reply. I am so impressed with the team at VQ, Charlotte and Chelsea handled my situation with the utmost professionalism and generosity of a gift card which they certainly didn't have to do. “Easy to use online platform and top-notch material and clothing. Everything fits true to size. Stands alone in the athletic clothing game with so many scam clothing lines and sub-par material and fabrics that tend to rip or destroyed after a workout. Highly recommend, great customer service as well!”
