“I received two pairs of pants that I ordered online, I noticed a rip on one of the pockets and sent an email to customer support. Charlotte from customer support got back to me the same day, has two options to resolve the situation and the situation couldn’t of been handled any better. Very satisfied with the products and the customer service I received.”

“I must say that I am really surprised with the service of this store. My product got stuck in another state of my country cause commercial invoice was missing. I got mad and really want to apologize Vanquish for my behaviour in the emails. However, they treated me very well and reshipped my product again with no fee included. I live in Brazil and I have to say: never had this type of service before. Thanks a lot for your patience with me”

“Vanquish is a very cool and hip brand. The gym wear is comfortable and extenuates all sizes. I initially had an issue with my order. The customer service is top notch. Charlotte provided excellent customer service. She alone has kept me as a loyal customer. Thank you, Charlotte!”
