“The stuff I ordered didn't fit. I emailed them and got a response immediately. They sent me information on how to exchange. Unfortunately, they didn't have one of the items in stock so they refunded me immediately for it and have dispatched the other exchange items already. The only thing that could make it better is it they provided free return postage label as it cost me £5 to send it back, but other than that, they're great and good quality products.”

“I have never experienced an online company quite like this! Emails were always promptly replied. All details regarding my exchange process were clearly explained with options that is most convenient to me. Most of all, the customer service representative, Chris was giving genuine positive helpful vibe throughout the whole interaction. Yes! You have to pay for return postage cost yourself! But I really don’t mind paying that again for this kind of service. Well done VQ!”

“Chris was very efficient and helpful with my exchange. When I first emailed to request for the return item, within 24 hours I had a response. Once returned (excluding the weekend) I received a reply within 24 hours to advise my item has already been dispatched. Overall I’m am very pleased with the service, I would definitely recommend, the quality of the clothing is excellent and I can’t wait to continue to shop with them in the future.”

“Great quality products, ordered wrong size and they sorted straight away. Chris in customer service was super quick and sorted replacement items. On the oversize tees though unless you are huge I would recommend going a size down, I am 5ft 11 and 105KG and the Large drowned me - so have gone medium 👍”

“I discovered VQ from a friend in the gym and after browsing the website I made my first purchase which arrived very fast and the product exceeded my expectations in quality. So far I have done 3 more purchases 1 present for my girlfriend which unfortunately did not fit in size, so I had the return/refund process done and was surprised with how fast was the process and decided to have a gift card to buy more in the store instead of a refund. Great brand and compay.”

“SCAMMERS: These companies are so quick to take your money but when it comes to returning it that is another story. Customer service needs some serious work. It has been a month since I returned an item and I have still not received a refund. I have tried to reach out via email, no response. I am seeing stories being posted on there Instagram account so there is some sign of life, sent them a DM which no one responded to. I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards.”
