“Got my shirts but sent it back for size exchange. On the return the package got lost and was not found. Even it was not Vqfits issue they solved it with generous and goodwill and re-sent the shirts with correct size to Switzerland.

I ORDERED 8 ITEMS AND ONE OF THEM WAS FAULT.
I SENT AN EMAIL PROVIDING PICTURES AND I GOT A RESPONSE FROM A LADY CALLED CHELSEA. SHE PROMISED ME TO RE-SHIP THE ITEM WHAT WAS WRONG AGAIN TO ME .SHE TOLD ME IWOULD GET AN EMAIL WHITH TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 48 HOURS, NOW WE ARE 5 DAYS LATER AND DESPITE EMAILING THEM AGAIN I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING SO FAR . THEREFOR NOW 3 STARS. THIS MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THEIR REACTION .”

I ordered a large parcel from vanquish fitness as a friend has a few of their t-shirt which are a lovely quality and feel. I actually ordered X2 of each T-shirt by mistake and needed to send those back with my other items to reorder in a smaller size. I was unwell and unfortunately couldn’t return the parcel myself so a friend did so before the cut off return date, unfortunately she couldn’t find the proof of postage so I decided to message Vanquish to check if the refund had been processed - it had been 7 days so not too long but I was worried due to the amount I spent being just over £500. I assumed I’d had to ring the post office and go on a wild goose chase to find my parcel but thankfully none of that was necessary.
Melissa was extremely helpful and polite and found my parcel straight away and issued the refund literally straightaway. With other online retailers I’ve had absolutely nightmares with similar problems so I’m over the moon with the customer service!
A store I’ll definitely come back to and so will my house mates!”
