“I like all the gym clothes”

“Recently received a pair of trackpants which I loved but after a few wears they tore in the crotch area. Emailed the customer service team and received an almost instant reply. The customer service team provided me with a solution that I was very happy with. This is not the first time I've communicated with the customer service team, and have had an excellent experience once again! Definitely one of the best I've dealt with. On this occasion, Chris helped resolve my issue in a timely manner.”

“What an amazing customer service from Chelsea at Vanquish. I recieved an item who unfortunately was broken, but once I told them and sent picture proof they responded quickly and apologize and gave me a giftcard. Very happy with this solution. Recommend 10/10 :)”

“I ordered a few t-shirts and the quality was great. Most of them fit, but a couple of were a bit too big. The return process was easy to use and I was notified when my return/exchange was reviewed. Chris helped me with my return inquiry and sent me the correct sizes on my exchange order. Great communication and customer service. I would definitely buy from this brand again.”

“I ordered 3 of the special edition vests, 1 for myself & 2 as presents. I love mine but the other two were the wrong size. The returns process was simple and Tara handled the exchange really quickly & efficiently. Full credit to her, and to Vanquish for their top quality garments and excellent customer service!!”

“Purchased a lot of Vanquish clothes over the years and it ticks every box. Comfortable, very reasonable on price and great style. Had the pleasure of dealing with their Customer Service Manager, Chelsea, today. I had a small matter which got resolved the same day. Can't fault the brand, excited to see their continued growth over the next few years!”
