“Great customer service in getting an item replaced. Unfortunately the one I owned was out of stock, but they got me a gift card for the same value immediately so I could purchase something else. Satisfied with how they handled things!”

“I’ve been ordering from VQ for years and have never had an issue. I needed to make some returns though recently for some size adjustments and support was quick to help me out. I returned from the US and they got back to me as soon as they got my return filling me in on what to expect moving forward. Chris was very helpful and provided me all the information I needed on the return.”

“It's been a month since I made the purchase and it still hasn't arrived, I contacted them and they don't solve anything. I had to file a claim with PayPal. I'm glad I made the purchase through PayPal, otherwise I would probably run out of products and money”

“Hi Had an issue with material coming loose at the stitching on a utility jacket. Emailed and sent pictures to clarify. I was offered a replacement or gift card which i accepted and it was sent by email straight away. I have bought quite a few items from this company and been very satisfied with the quality and now very satisfied with the customer service when i did have an issue. Thanks to chris for resolving this matter and look forward to receiving my next purchase.”

“Unfortunately I ordered a size too large in the garments I wanted . I sent the items back but they didn’t have the smaller size. Chris in customer service offered me a number of options. I decided on the gift card and I will choose something else.”
