“Good service My item didn’t fit, therefore, I returned it. It was a very straight forward process and I received a confirmation email to say it had arrived and a refund issued to my PayPal account.”

“Well I ordered, but I didn’t receive my items instead I received someone’s order. Several times I emailed service in dec and I was assured that my order would be re shipped. and still to this day no order received or email confirmation was sent.”

“One star is for good quality product,bad rating for all hidden costs related to shipping. If you are ordering from North America,be aware of the custom duties that's charged to the customer. The delivery costs and custom duties will end up being equal to price of the clothing bought.”

“Purchased 2 pairs of jogging bottom and a top for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. Lovely quality and fit, and a very speedy delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the top as I had ordered the wrong size. The refund process was also very straightforward (special mention to my VQ advisor, Chris, for his assistance) 👍”
