“Excellent customer service by Chelsea , I initially thought I might get some grumpy old tart on the end of the blower not interested in my request..
But Chelsea helped me with my problem very promptly and explained that she would even go out to the depot to grab the driver before he left with my wrong order that I’d mistakenly done the evening before.
You need more people like Chelsea on your team a friendly approach is always the way forward..
